The atmosphere is awesome. Very inviting open area and clean. Dining area gives you plenty of privacy yet great for connection conversations and people watching on the patio.The owner that took over is such a kind hard working person. So full of excitement. The staff is amazing and the food is full of flavor and is fresh. You can't go wrong trying them out.
This place is amazing!! This was our first time coming here and we are very impressed. The owner was there and is incredibly kind and walked us through the menu, and the food is incredible! The chicken is so moist and the fries are amazing. We got the Nashville hot sandwich and the plain tenders with a strawberry watermelon margarita and the tropical mule. Omg so good. Wasn’t expecting a chicken place to serve alcohol but I am very happy they do . We will definitely be coming back here for a long time to come.
Amazing customer service, the owner was there to help guide us through the menu since it was our first time visiting. The environment was clean and the music was nice and fun to listen to. The food was the real diamond here, their chicken sandwiches were phenomenal, the mac and cheese sandwich was amazing. Excellent place and customer service, would return again
Great bruger, even better fries! And they have my favorite pineapple soda. Thinner slices of chicken, but fresh and hot . I am surprised this place isn't busier, but it is Monday. We will return. Well done! Update: I'm a little annoyed. i had to go back to my car to get my email to show my online order before I could pick it up. Maybe just ask me my name next time, please.
Went there for the first time today. Bought chicken tenders and a shake. Both were excellent. It was honestly a lot of food for a reasonable price. The customer service was top notch too. Highly recommend and will be back.
We wanted to try someplace new and randomly choose Big Chicken. Next time I am BC adjacent, it will not be random that I return. Ordered the Big Chicken and Ultimate. Imagine if Chick Fil A were good and you have Big Chicken. There are so many pickles! Fried to order, which is a warning in of itself to not bite into the sandwich early. But we all know that none of us can wait and will burn our mouths; it's worth it. The mac and cheese in the Ultimate was impressively good. Most chicken places serve mac and cheese, which is Kraft at best and .... at worst. Theirs beat any fast food mac and cheese around. The fries are the unsung hero. Was skeptical when they arrived, but weeks later, I found myself thinking about those fries. The food is immaculate in taste with a very clean and inviting atmosphere.
You could not ask for a more charismatic or charming manager in Robby! We were blown away by the quality of the food compared to when we came previously before the new ownership took over. SO IMPRESSED!! Delicious chicken with the perfect crispy fry, amazing mac and cheese, and very efficient and friendly service. This place is gonna blow up--we will be back!!!
We ordered the five piece tenders, big popcorn chicken, the original big chicken, crispy grilled cheese, fries and the Lucille macaroni! Price was pretty decent for everything. The food was all so good! The grilled cheese chicken sandwich 10/10! Fries were different but I enjoyed it more than my family. The macaroni had cheese it crumbles which was also interesting but macaroni was still good. Can’t wait to come back!
